On April 29th, the Supreme Court will decide the fate of 1.5 million TPS-holding Americans and their families. TPS is a US immigration benefit granted to eligible nationals of designated countries facing armed conflict, environmental disasters or extraordinary conditions making it unsafe to return to their country. This decision will also set a precedent regarding the power of lower courts to rein in the DHS. Join the National TPS Alliance to rally in Washington DC.
